Exchange and Return
You have a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your order for an exchange or a refund.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange, Koka la boutique will bear the cost of returning the product.
Returned items must be new, unused, unwashed, with their original label and in their original packaging, perfectly intact (see CGV for more information).
Exchanges cannot be made on discontinued products.
Do you want an exchange?
The size or model does not suit you, would you like to exchange with another size?
Here are the steps to follow to request an exchange:
Send an email to kokalaboutique@gmail.com indicating the following:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Model and size of the returned product
- Desired size
- New product shipping address
Following this email, we will inform you of the availability of the product. In case of unavailability of the product, three options are available to you. You can either wait for the next restocking (if there is one planned), exchange the initial product for another model available on the website or be reimbursed. In the event that the replacement model chosen is not of the same amount as the product ordered, an adjustment will be requested from the customer to reach the value of the product initially ordered.
We will then send you the address to return the product to us.
We remind you that returned items must be new, unused and in their original condition. Otherwise they cannot be accepted and will be returned to you. In addition, the product must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the email.
The transport costs for the return from your home to Koka la boutique will be at our expense. Koka the shop will pay the cost of returning the replacement product as well.
Your exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 working days following receipt of the package and the availability of the product in stock.

We refund all products that do not suit you!
To request a return, you must send an email to kokalaboutique@gmail.com with the following elements:
- Order number
- Reason for return (not mandatory - just to improve ourselves) :)
- Model and size of the returned product
Upon receipt of your email, we will validate your request and we will inform you of the procedures for returning the product and the shipping address. The shipping costs to return your product to us (as well as customs duties, if applicable) are your responsibility.
The refund will be made within 14 days at the latest, from the date on which the customer expressed his right of withdrawal via the payment method used when placing your order.
Return on sale product?
Of course, it is possible, only in the form of a credit note, valid for 6 months.
